I connect the dots between increasing cost of living, how our food system is setup and the interconnections to our economy and who it extracts from.

We then explore the requirements for life to exist on earth - also known as our Planetary Boundaries. We have to acknowledge how our system works before we can move towards hope.

There is hope.

Using Kate Raworth's embedded economy I look at the contributions from Market, State, Household and Commons - and the evidence that cooperative and commons-based management of our world does bring positive social, environmental AND economic benefits.
